The End of the Summer Season

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer! As August begins to wind down, so does our club’s Summer 2024 Season.
This past weekend, we completed the final ARL meet of the season. Here are the results:
1st Place: Kyra
2nd Place: Gina
3rd Place: Tatsuya K.
Congratulations to our top three players, and a big round of applause for everyone who participated! We’ll be holding a brief ceremony during our public meet on Sunday, August 18th.
The last day to sign up for our inaugural 2024 Membership is September 7th. If you want to be recognized as a founding member, secure your membership before it’s too late! Students are eligible for a 50% discount on club memberships!
September 8th will mark the launch of our 2025 membership! By purchasing a 2025 membership, you’ll gain immediate access to all club benefits from the date of purchase through the end of 2025. We have a lot planned for the upcoming year—stay tuned for more announcements!
I’m also excited to share that the club will be purchasing a third autotable—the JP-EX Color from AMOS! A small group of generous club members have earmarked over $3,000 to make this possible. This table will be available to all active club members at our ARL meets and we also plan to bring it to events like AWA and Momocon where anyone can give it a try!
We’re running a donation drive to allow anyone to contribute to the purchase of this table. We’ve also come up with some donor benefits as a thank you for those who chip in any amount. Click here to find more information about the JP-EX Color autotable and how to donate.
The goals on the grill haven’t cooled off just yet - we still have our upcoming Red Hot Summer Online Tournament on August 24th. If you want a shot at some cool prizes, be sure to sign up as soon as possible! Slots are limited and are filling up fast! Registration closes at 11:00 PM on August 23rd.
Before our Winter 2024 activities begin, we’ll be holding a Member’s steering meeting on August 22nd at 7:00 PM on Discord. All Members are encouraged to join as we review the current state of the club and gather feedback.
Our website has also undergone some renovations. Check it out when you have a chance! We’ve added a slick new logo and addressed accessibility concerns to ensure that all visitors can easily view and access our club information and content.
