Can I change my pledge amount?

If you would like to increase your contribution in order to reach a higher tier, contact us as soon as possible so we can get it sorted out! Please remember that funds contributed to the campaign are non-refundable so manage your finances accordingly before purchasing!

I already bought my 2025 ARC membership, do I get rewards from the campaign?

The Members-Exclusive reward will be distributed to every ARC 2025 member regardless of their pledge tier after the campaign ends. However, all other rewards are only for those who have bought the requisite pledge tiers. For example, you must buy a RIICHI pledge in order to receive all unlocked freebies from the fundraiser.

All pledge tiers that include a membership will allow you to gift the membership to someone else, or you may contact us to arrange for a pledge purchase at a reduced cost. APPLIES TO MANGAN TIER AND ABOVE ONLY.

When will campaign rewards be delivered?

The estimated delivery timeframe for rewards is between April and May 2025, barring any delays. Store credits will be issued once the storefront is updated to include campaign merchandise.

I don't live in the Atlanta area, can I still get the rewards if I back the campaign?

Yes! The physical rewards can be shipped to you once the fulfillment period begins. A form will be e-mailed to all backers who are eligible for physical rewards at the end of the campaign, which will include a section where you can include your address if you need rewards to be shipped to you instead of picking up locally. Be prepared to pay a small fee to cover the cost of shipping your goods!
